North Wales Police has confirmed it has found a body of a man on the North Wales and Cheshire border.
The discovery was made on Friday, April 1 in Farndon by an underwater search team.
Police have said the team was in the area in regards to reports of a missing man that were made in February.
A statement said: "The body of a man has been found close to the north Wales and Cheshire border.
"The discovery was made today by an underwater search team in Farndon, who were at the location in relation to a male reported missing in February.
"Officers remain at the scene and efforts to identify the man’s body are ongoing."
