Proposals were submitted to redevelop the site of the former transport café known as The Anvil.
Proposals have been submitted to Shropshire Council for the properties on land at Hanmer Garage in Aston Street, Wem.
Proposals would have seen The Railway Spice in Whitchurch turned into a hotel with additional rooms, a conference facility and rooftop bar.
The plans suggest building a swimming pool and brewery at the property near Sleap.
