Colbert - Sydna - of Llanforda Rise, Oswestry passed away at The Severn Hospice on May 3rd 2015, aged 81 years.
The funeral service at St. Oswald's Parish Church, Oswestry was conducted by Wendy Groom and was followed by cremation at Emstrey Crematorium.
Sydna's children would like to thank family and friends for their kind messages of sympathy and for the generous donations made to the R J & A H Oswestry League of Nurses and the Oswestry District Nurses.
