HYWEL ARMON JONES of Maesbury passed away at his home on June 17th 2010, aged 81 years. He leaves his wife Trixie, daughter Su, son in law David, grandson Christopher and great granddaughter Elana. He was a BT Engineer for 46 years and enjoyed 21 years of retirement. The funeral service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury was conducted by the Rev. David North. Family mourners were his wife Trixie, daughter Su, son in law David, grandson Christopher rep Emmiee and Elana, brother Gwyn, sisters in law Pat and Eiryls, niece Juliet rep David and families as well as other family members too many to be named. Other mourners were friends and BT colleagues. Again, too many to be named. Flowers were sent by Trixie, Su, Chris, David, Emmiee and Elana. Thanks: The family would like to thank everyone for the donations to Midlands Air Ambulance which amounted to £270. Special thanks to Dr Eslava and all the Doctors and Staff at Cae Glass Surgery, District Nurses and Allenby Douglas Care Staff. Special thanks to the carers in attendance when Hywel passed away in the presence of his family. Thanks to the Rev. David North for such a special service. Thanks also to all at David Davies & Sons for their compassion in the way they conducted all arrangements.
