- KATHLEEN DAVIES - The funeral has taken place of Kathleen Davies who lived at Willowgate, Oswestry and died at Shrewsbury Hospital on 17th August 2010, aged 93 years. She leaves husband Bob and sons Terry and Bob.
The funeral service at Oswestry R C Church was conducted by Father Alex Ottaplackal and Rev. S McKenna and was followed by burial at Oswestry Cemetery. Family mourners were husband Bob, sons Terry and Bob, daughter in law Mary, grandchildren Steven, Kaye, Gareth, Emma and Andrew, Robbie and Michelle. Other mourners were friends and neighbours too numerous to mention.
Thanks: The family would like all those who attended the funeral. Thanks also for the kind donations to the Roman Catholic Church Crucifix Restoration Fund totalling over £200.
