DENIS EDWARD - The funeral has taken place of Denis Edward Packer who lived formerly of Trefonen and died at Llys Field Nursing Home on 6th November aged 82 years. Denis a retired cabinet maker, leaves his wife Lilian.
The funeral service and cremation at Emstrey was conducted by Rev. David North. Family mourners were wife Lilian, sons Laurence, Robert and Gary, daughters in law Gail and Jocelyne. Grandchildren Rosie, Laurel, Amy, Sarah and Emily. Sister Doris Whinnett. Other mourners were friends.
Thanks to all family and friends for all the cards and donations for Hope House Children's Hospice £810 was raised. Three grandchildren hope to run next February in the Brighton Half Marathon for Hope House in memory of their Grandad.
