EVANS - The funeral service of Mrs Doris Mary Evans who passed away on 31st October has taken place on November 6th at Ainon Chapel Dolywern and followed by interment at the Garth cemetery Glyn Ceiriog. She leaves her husband Tecwyn and sons Gareth and Glyn, Daughters in law, Violet and Denise, Grandchildren, Rachel (& husband Mark) Sally (& husband Tom), Marcus and Rebecca, Great Grandchildren, Harry and Maisie, Sister Cerys, brother Trevor and sister in law Susan. Also other members of her family which are too numerous to mention.
Mary was a very dedicated member of Chirk Hospital Circle of Friend, Pontfadog and Castlemill WI. She was also a very keen supporter of the Glyn Ceriog branch of Cancer Research Mary played the organ at her local Baptist Chapel, Ainon Dolywern and participated in many local activities. She was well known in her community and will be sadly missed.

Also our thanks go to Edmund Rowlands & Sons for their kindness and support shown to us donations received totalled £1096. These have been divided equally between Chirk Hospital Scanner Appeal and Cancer Research UK.
