Burke. - Sam Of West Felton, aged 34 years, passed away peacefully on February 22nd 2011 at Severn Hospice, after a short illness bravely born.
Dearly loved wife of Dean, loving mother of Leah, cherished daughter of Christine and Malcolm, and much loved sister of Tony. She will be very sadly missed by all the family and her many friends
Funeral service at St. Michael s Church, West Felton on Friday March 4th at 12.00 noon, followed by cremation at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham at 2.00pm.
Family flowers only, but donations if desired, to Severn Hospice.
Colourful clothing only to be worn please.
