LEWIS, - Michelle (Mish), passed away peacefully with great courage on April 19th 2011, aged 52 years. Much loved wife of Dai, dearly loved mother of Bonnie, loving daughter of Patricia and a treasured sister, sister in law and aunty.
Funeral service at St. Mary's Parish Church, Selattyn on Wednesday May 11th at 2pm followed by interment at Hengoed Cemetery.
