HAYWARD, - Hazel, of Queens Close, Oswestry. Passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving family on May 10th 2011. Much loved wife of the late Aubrey, devoted mum of Russell and Garry, adored mum-in-law of Linda and Wendy, treasured nan of Tracy, Leigh, Darren, Joanne and Aaron and great nan of Caitlin, Cieran, Morgan, Oliver and Megan.
Funeral service at St. Oswald's Parish Church, Oswestry on Tuesday May 24th at 2.30pm followed by interment at Oswestry Cemetery. This will be a celebration of Hazel's life, it is therefore requested the dress code includes a "splash of colour". Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Macmillan Nurses.
