Thomas. - David (Diddy) passed away peacefully on August 22nd 2011, after a long illness, aged 59 years. A much loved husband, son and brother.
Funeral service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham on Tuesday September 6th at 11am.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Florence Nightingale Hospice.
