TOMKEWYCZ, - Polly Madison Hope. We are sad to announce the short life of Polly Madison Hope Tomkewycz daughter of Emma Hill and Jason Tomkewycz, granddaughter of Keran and Michael Hill and Liz and John Tomkewycz. Born on the 29th August 2011 at 4.19am weighing 1lb 7oz. She came and went taking with her a lifetime of hopes and dreams we had for her. We will hold her in our hearts forever.
Also sadly missed by great-grandparents, aunties, uncles and cousins.
Polly's funeral will be held on Saturday 10th September at 10.30am at St Martins Church. Everyone is welcome, Emma and Jason kindly ask that people wear something pink. Food and drinks to celebrate Polly's life will be at 'The Last' Hengoed after the service.
