JONES, - Trevor passed away peacefully at Brook House Residential Home, Morda on September 16th 2011, aged 77 years. Much loved husband of Dot, loving dad of David and father in law of Jane.
Funeral service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham on Wednesday September 28th at 11am.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Brook House Residential Home and Caxton Surgery.
