PURKISS, - Steve. Passed away peacefully on September 16th 2011, at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, of Aston Close, Oswestry.
Beloved husband of Lyn, loving father of Sarah, father-in-law of Andy and much loved grandad of Jack and Ellie.
Funeral service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Tuesday October 4th at 2.00pm.
Family flowers only please, but donations if desired, to Renal Unit at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and District Nurses at The Cambrian Surgery.
