Platts. - Philip Graham (Phil) died peacefully on February 11th 2012, aged 74 years. Much loved husband of Di and a loving father, step-father and grandad.
Funeral service at St John the Baptist Parish Church, Whittington on Monday February 27th at 2pm followed by interment at Whittington Cemetery.
Flowers or donations if desired to Charcot-Marie-Tooth and MIND Shropshire.
