LEWIS. - David Wayne. Passed away suddenly at his home in Oswestry, on February 3rd 2012, aged 36 years, formerly of Llansilin.
Loving father of Jack and Levi, and dearly loved son of Gwyndaf and the late Eirian.
He will be very sadly missed by all the family and his many friends.
Funeral service at St. Oswalds Parish Church, Oswestry on Thursday February 23rd at 1.00pm followed by interment in Llansilin Churchyard.
Family flowers only please, but donations if desired, to Wales Air Ambulance.
