EVANS. - Michael John. Passed away peacefully on 25th March 2012, after a short illness, at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, aged 74 years, of Oswestry.
Much loved husband of Joyce, loving father to Gary, Daniel, Karen and Alison, and cherished grandfather to Aimee, Imogen, Harry, Isobel and Joseph.
He will be sadly missed by all the family and his many friends.
Funeral service to be held at Holy Trinity Church, Oswestry, on Wednesday 11th April at 1.15 pm, followed by cremation at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham at 2.30 pm.
Family flowers only please, but donations if desired, to The ITU Trust Fund at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
