Jones. - Patricia Grace (Pat). On 1st April 2012 peacefully at the Maelor Hospital, Wrexham, aged 79 years, and of Rhosymedre (formerly of Chirk). Beloved wife of the late Den and dear mother of Philip, Michael and Derek.
Funeral service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham on Thursday 12th April at 12 o' clock.
