Mostyn Thomas Powell - The funeral has taken place of Mr Mostyn Thomas Powell Owen a retired Pearl Assurance Agent who lived at 15 Maplehurst Drive and died at Isle Court Nursing Home, Bicton Shrewsbury on December 3rd 2010 aged 72 years. He leaves a daughter, a son, two granddaughters and two sisters. The funeral service was at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham and was conducted by Rev. Jean Rock. Family mourners were his children, grandchildren, sisters, son in law and brother in law, nephews and cousins, other mourners were friends of the family. Flowers were sent his son and fiancee, his daughter and husband, granddaughters, sister and brother in law, sister and nephews and wives and families. The family would like to thank everyone for their kind expressions of sympathy and cards received. Donations to Motor Neurone Association and the Severn Hospice in Shrewsbury in memory of Mostyn. Thanks for attendance at the funeral and many thanks to Rev. Jean Rock and David Davies & Sons Funeral Directors for their kindness and support, and a big thank you to Isle Court Nursing Home, Shrewsbury.
