Carter - Elizabeth (Betty) - (Retired Lecturer) It is with sadness that the death is announced from Busselton, Western Australia. Betty passed away on 6th October, 2013 and the funeral was held in Bunbury, Western Australia on 18th October, 2013. Betty is survived by her loving son, David Bebb.
Born in India, formerly of Meifod and Pant, Betty moved to Australia on retirement from Oswestry College (WNSC) in 1987.
