Trevor Harry Higgins - The funeral has taken place of Trevor Harry Higgins of Victoria Crescent, Oswestry who passed away at Brook House, Morda on October 14th 2013, aged 87 years.
Widower of Anne, he leaves son David, grandsons Simon and Richard and brothers and sisters Harry, Sylvia, Beryl, Millie, Hazel and Pat.
One of fifteen brothers and sisters who grew up in Caer Road, Oswestry. Trevor served in the Royal Navy during World War II. After various jobs, Trevor spent 26 years as a printer with North Wales Newspapers.
The service was held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on October 30th and was packed with members of the Higgins family, neighbours, friends and work colleagues. Donations to the value of £400 were made to The British Heart Foundation in lieu of flowers.
David, Simon and Richard would like to thank all family and friends for the kindness and sympathy shown in their sad loss.
