Edna May Davies - The funeral has taken place of Edna May Davies who lived at Walford Road and died at Llysfield Care Home, Oswestry on December 10th 2013 aged 86 years. She leaves her sister Miss Sheila Evans.
The funeral service was held at St. Oswalds Parish Church, Oswestry and was conducted by Miss Wendy Groom and burial at Oswestry Cemetery.
Family mourners were sister: Sheila Evans, Keith Sperring, Steven Walker, Mrs Pam Huxley, Roy Sperring, Paul Sperring and Frances Thomas.
Other mourners were E. Higman, Julie Jones and Paul, Evelyn Jones, Pat Hughes, Jean and Roy Benbow, Frances Thomas, Joyce Horton, Nev Davies, Betty Roberts, Elizabeth Steele, Garth and Mary, Mr and Mrs Halket Savage and Son, Sylvia and Tony Dean, Len and Jean Jones representing Joan Wildbore.
Sheila Evans sister of the late Edna Davies would like to thank everyone for their messages, cards and attendance at the funeral of the much missed Edna, also to thank Miss Wendy Groom for the lovely service.
