Evans - Megan - On 4th April 2014 passed away peacefully at Meadowbrook Care Home, Gobowen and formerly of Weston Rhyn, aged 78 years. Beloved wife of the late Derrick, dearly loved mother of Jacqui and Jamie, much loved sister of Olwen and Gwenan, and dearest grandmother of Malachi, Shona, Jack and Megan.
Funeral service at Weston Rhyn Welsh Chapel on Friday 11th April at 2pm followed by interment in St John's Churchyard, Weston Rhyn. Flowers or donations as desired to Meadowbrook Care Home Residents Fund.
