The funeral service will take place at Cheltenham Crematorium, South Chapel, on Thursday August 21st at 1pm.
Flowers or donations for Alzheimer's Society or Children's Society welcome and may be sent care of Selim Smith & Co, 74 Prestbury Road, Cheltenham.
