LEWIS - Patricia - passed away peacefully on March 6th 2015, aged 75 years. Much loved mum of Stephen, Andrew, Sarah and James and a loving nana and great nana.
Funeral service at St. Michael’s Parish Church, West Felton on Wednesday March 25th at 10-30am followed by a private cremation.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to The Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury.
