JONES - Mary Catherine Patricia (Cath) - passed away peacefully at home on March 31st 2015, aged 84 years. A much loved wife, mum, nan and great nan.
Requiem Mass at Our Lady & St. Oswald’s Roman Catholic Church, Oswestry on Wednesday April 15th at 2pm followed by interment at Hengoed Cemetery.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to The Alzheimer’s Society.
