Hammonds - Frances - On 28th June 2015, passed away peacefully at the Orthopaedic Hospital, and of Weston Rhyn. Beloved wife of the late Don, much loved by all her nieces and nephews.
Funeral service at St. John's Parish Church, Weston Rhyn on Friday July 10th at 11am followed by interment in the Churchyard.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired will be gratefully received to the Midland Air Ambulance.
