SMITH - Hazel - passed away peacefully on July 11th 2015. A much loved wife, mother and grandmother.
Funeral service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Thursday July 23rd at 10-15am.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Hope House Childrens Respite Hospice.
