Jones - Thomas Henry (Tom) - Passed away peacefully at Edgeley House Nursing Home, Whitchurch, on Thursday 16th July 2015, aged 72 years.
Funeral service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Tuesday August 4th at 11.00 am.
Family flowers only please, but donations if desired, to Edgeley House Nursing Home, for the care they have given to Tom during his stay with them.
Tom was loved and will be missed very much by sisters Ruby and Pamela, cousins, nephews and nieces and all who knew him.
Tom requests that no black is to be worn at his funeral.
