OWEN - Dr Cyril T. - former Lecturer at Oswestry College and local writer, adored Dad of Paul, David, Daphne and Stephen and much loved Grandad and Great Grandad who passed away peacefully on 26th July 2015 in Royal Stoke Hospital after a long illness stoically borne.
Funeral arrangements to be announced in due course.
