Jones - Ann - On 26th July 2015, passed away peacefully at the Orthopaedic Hospital, Gobowen, aged 72 years, and of St. Martins.
Beloved wife of Gary, dearly loved mum of Stephen, Tania and Carl, dear mother-in-law of Tracy and Carrie, and devoted nan to Stephanie, Ellis and Matthew.
Funeral service at St. Martins Parish Church on Friday 7th August at 1.30pm followed by interment in the Churchyard.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired will be gratefully received to the British Heart Foundation.
