HOLMES - John - passed away peacefully at home on August 22nd 2015, aged 72 years. A much loved husband and father.
Funeral service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham on Thursday September 3rd at 3pm.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to The Shooting Star Cancer Appeal at Wrexham Maelor Hospital and Glan Clwyd Cancer Unit.
