Jones - Trevor Ernest - On 16th September 2015, peacefully at Chirk Hospital, aged 81 years, and of St. Martins.
Beloved husband of Ann, dearly loved dad of Jackie, Anthony, Graham, Jayne and Nick, and a much loved father-in-law, grandad and great-grandad.
Funeral service at St. Martins Parish Church on Wednesday 30th September at 1pm followed by interment in the churchyard.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired will be gratefully received to Chirk Community Hospital.
