JONES - David - passed away peacefully at The Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury on October 29th 2015. Much loved husband of the late Cath and a loving dad, grandad and great grandad.
Requiem Mass at Our Lady & St. Oswald’s Roman Catholic Church, Oswestry on Friday November 13th at 2pm followed by interment at Hengoed Cemetery.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to The Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury.
