Stokes - John Travis (Trav) - Passed away peacefully on Thursday November 5th 2015, aged 75 years.
Loving husband of Barbara, special dad to Paul and Vanessa, father-in-law to Libby and Aled, cherished grandad to Albert, Charles, Sammy, Edmund and Daniel. Trav will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends.
Funeral service at St. Martins Methodist Church on Thursday November 19th at 1.15 pm followed by committal at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury at 2.45 pm.
Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Nightingale House Hospice, Wrexham and The Motor Neurone Disease Association.
