Scott - Susan Jane - of Llansilin, passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice on 24th December 2015.
Loving wife of Peter, much loved mum of Siân and Michelle and adored Nain of Evie. Beloved daughter of Ron and Ven and a dear sister of Peter, Heather and Louise.
Funeral service at St Silin’s Church, Llansilin on Wednesday 6th January 2016 at 12.45 followed by cremation at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury.
Family flowers only, but donations if desired to Kidney Research UK and Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury.
