CHALMERS - Joyce - passed away peacefully on February 15th 2016, aged 92 years. Much loved wife of the late Canon Paul Chalmers and a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. A private cremation will be followed by a Thanksgiving Service at St. Garmon’s Parish Church, Llanarmon DC on Friday March 4th at 12 noon.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to CRUSE and Riding for the Disabled.
