Lewis - Albert Richard (David) - Of Ferrers Road, Oswestry.
Originally of Caersws.
Passed away peacefully on March 17th 2016 at The Orthopaedic Hospital, Gobowen, aged 96 years. Beloved husband of the late Gwen, loving father of Richard, father-in-law of Valerie and a much loved grandfather and great grandfather.
He served as a Colour Sergeant Major in The Welsh Guards and in his later years became a published poet.
Funeral service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Saturday April 16th at 11.00 a.m.
Donations if desired to Great Ormond Street Hospital.
