Martin - Rachel (nee White) - Formerly of Selattyn. Died on 21st April 2016 at St. Margaret's Hospice, Yeovil, aged 48 years.
Wife of Paul, mum to Emily, daughter of Mary and Clive, sister to Linda and Jonathan, sister-in-law to John and Ayla and aunt to Terri. So much loved and missed by all.
Funeral service at Odcombe Parish Church on 11th May at 11.00 am.
Family flowers only. Donations to MacMillan Unit at Yeovil District Hospital or St. Margaret's Hospice, Yeovil.
