Hughes - Rhiannon Mair (Nan) - of Caer Ysgol, Glyn Ceiriog. Passed away peacefully on 30th August 2016.
Beloved wife of Elgar, much loved mum of Eldrydd, Menna, Gareth and Sian. Loving Nain and Hen Nain.
A private family interment will be held followed by a memorial service at Elim Chapel, Llanrhaeadr YM on Thursday 8th September at 2pm.
Family flowers only but donations if desired to Cancer Research UK and Elim Chapel Cemetery Fund.
