Jones - Ceinwen - On 8th September 2016, passed away peacefully at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, aged 79 years, and formerly of Llanwddyn and Llansantffraid.
Beloved sister, much loved auntie and nan, dearly loved by all her family and friends.
Funeral service at Llanwddyn Parish Church on Friday 30th September at 2pm followed by interment in the Churchyard.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the British Lung Foundation.
