LEWIS - Dennis (Den) - passed away peacefully on January 29th 2017, aged 72 years.
Much loved husband of Audrey, loving dad of Susan, Tony, Paul and John, father in law of Richard, Julie, Val and Annette and a dear grandad, great grandad and brother to Muriel.
Funeral service at St. Martins Parish Church on Wednesday February 15th at 11am followed by interment in the churchyard.
Flowers or donations if desired to St. Martins Parish Church.
