Jones - Tony - On 2nd February 2017, passed away peacefully at the Maelor Hospital, Wrexham, aged 75 years, and of Chirk. Beloved husband of Maureen, and a much loved dad, grandad and great-grandad.
A service to celebrate his life will be held at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham on Wednesday 15th February at 10.30am.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Leonard Cheshire Home, Dolywern.
