JONES - John Gerwyn (Jack) - of Weston Rhyn, passed away suddenly but peacefully on March 1st 2017, aged 79 years. Beloved brother of Gwen and the late Betty and May and a much loved uncle.
Funeral service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham on Tuesday March 21st at 2pm.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Surgical Critical Care Unit at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
