Jones - Kate - On 1st March 2017, passed away at the Maelor Hospital , Wrexham, aged 34 years and of Ellesmere.
Dearly loved mum of Hollie, Cameron and Gracie, and dear step-mum to Holly and Liam, beloved fianc - é - of Shaun, much loved daughter of Jean and Jim and dear step-daughter of Paul, and a much loved sister of Carl, Cassie and Arabella.
Funeral service at Ellesmere Methodist Church on Thursday 16th March at 1.30 pm followed by cremation at Pentrebychan Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired, will be gratefully received for Ellesmere Ducklings.
