Thomas - Doris Patricia - Passed away on 9th April 2017 aged 62 years. Much loved wife of Mervyn and mum of Peter, Michelle and Mark and nan of Joseph, Leo and Harry.
Funeral service at St. Martins Parish Church on Friday 21st April at 1pm followed by interment in the Churchyard.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired will be gratefully received to the Midland Air Ambulance.
