Worton - Pat - On 20th May 2017, passed away peacefully at Chirk Court Nursing Home, surrounded by her family, aged 84 years, and formerly of Gobowen and Oswestry. Beloved wife of the late Les, dearly loved mum of Lesley, Peter, Mark and the late Stephen and Michelle, and a much loved mother-in-law, nan, great-nan and sister.
Funeral service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham on Friday 2nd June at 11 am.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired will be gratefully received to the Alzheimer's Society.
