Mary Eleanor Thomas of Ty-Ucha, Rhiwlas passed away at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on June 8th 2017, aged 96 years.
She leaves sons Arthur and Allan, daughter-in-law Carol, granddaughters Helen and Sian and great-grandchildren Aiden and Reggie.
The funeral service at Christ Church, Rydycroesau was conducted by Rev Brian Thomas, cremation was at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham. Family mourners were sons Arthur and Allan, daughter-in-law Carol, grandchildren Helen and Dean Pritchard, Sian and Jason, great-grandchildren Aiden and Reggie, sister Gladys Gardiner, sister and brother-in-law Megan and John Kirkham, sister-in-law Nancy Williams, nieces and nephews Roy and Christine Gardiner, Phil Gardiner, Roger and Sarah Kirkham, Bryan Kirkham, Tudor Evans, Marjorie and Eaton Evans, Sandra Woodworth, Jeff Williams, great nephews and nieces David Evans, Richard Evans, Robert Evans, Huw and Sarah Evans, Ruth Evans, Mary, Anne, Gemm and Mark, Nicola and Alex.
Vera Evans, Jean and Pam, Other mourners were Mr and Mrs I Jones Rep Justin, A and C Lewis, Geraldine and David Orfeur, R. Fowers were sent by Arthur, Allan and Carol, Sian and Jason, Helen and Dean and Aiden and Reggie.
The Thomas family would like to thank everyone for the cards and sympathy received at this sad time, also Rev Brian Thomas for the lovely service and his guidance and Brenda Jones for the reading. Thanks also to David Davies & Sons for all their help. Donations for Hope House Children's Hospice amounted to £500.
