Wells - Frank - On 10th August 2017, passed away peacefully with his family at his side at Chirk Community Hospital, after a long illness bravely fought, aged 76 years, and of St. Martins.
Dearly loved husband of Gillian, much loved dad of Claire and Sara, special grandad of Hattie, Phoebe and Charlie, much loved by all his family and friends.
Funeral Service at Pentrebychan Crematorium on Thursday 31st August at 2pm.
Please wear a splash of colour to celebrate Frank's life.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Chirk Community Hospital and Prostate Cancer UK.
