JONES - Rachel - passed away peacefully on September 22nd 2017. Much loved wife of the late Spencer, loving mum of Paul and Robert, dear grandma to Sky and Oscar and special friend to Alan.
Funeral service at All Saints Parish Church, Gobowen on Thursday October 5th at 2pm followed by cremation at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury.
